Great Onsen Experience and Beautiful Views

When it comes to this hotel, the biggest problem is its location. the shuttle bus is great but it doesn't run after a certain time, which means you might get stranded. There's nowhere else to go either, and the alternative dinner options are limited. the room is quite old and the bathroom is small. the breakfast is good and the staff is quite helpful. the view from the room is stunning, and the onsen is nice and relaxing.

Winter Onsen Wonderland: The traditional room and amazing Onsen inside the hotel were really authentic. The breakfast, included in the room rate, served Japanese hotel style food with a western touch. The hotel coped well with snowfall, and the co-ed Onsen was a wonderfully unique experience, with snow falling on your face.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was amazing! the facilities are excellent, with a relaxing hot spring providing amazing views. the buffet breakfast included local foods and was always replenished even during the busiest hours. the staff members were very kind and helpful.

Getting to the ski spots was not the easiest because the shuttle bus does not operate at night, and you needed to take a taxi to go back to the hotel. the rooms were in need of a renovation, and some of the furnishings looked old.
