When it comes to this hotel, the biggest problem is its location. the shuttle bus is great but it doesn't run after a certain time, which means you might get stranded. There's nowhere else to go either, and the alternative dinner options are limited. the room is quite old and the bathroom is small. the breakfast is good and the staff is quite helpful. the view from the room is stunning, and the onsen is nice and relaxing.
The hotel had an unpleasant odor that persisted throughout the stay.

Winter Onsen Wonderland: The traditional room and amazing Onsen inside the hotel were really authentic. The breakfast, included in the room rate, served Japanese hotel style food with a western touch. The hotel coped well with snowfall, and the co-ed Onsen was a wonderfully unique experience, with snow falling on your face.
All in all, my stay was satisfactory.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were fantastic! The variety of food offered was impressive, and the quality was great. , the hotel's location was perfect for exploring the surrounding areas , with easy access to nearby transportation. Lastly, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
The room was a bit outdated and could have used some upgrades. the noise level from the surrounding area was a bit high at times, which made it difficult to get a good night's rest.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Hokkaido. The hotel was a charming, old Japanese-style establishment that made me feel right at home. The highlight of my stay was definitely the outdoor mixed onsen, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings with my partner. The hotel also offered convenient and affordable ski equipment rental service, which made it easy for me to hit the slopes. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I particularly loved the traditional Japanese-style rooms with a view of the outdoor onsen. The breakfast provided had a lovely winter view and was a great way to start the day.
My experience at this hotel was wonderful.

Thanksgiving at this hotel was amazing! the facilities are excellent, with a relaxing hot spring providing amazing views. the buffet breakfast included local foods and was always replenished even during the busiest hours. the staff members were very kind and helpful.
Getting to the ski spots was not the easiest because the shuttle bus does not operate at night, and you needed to take a taxi to go back to the hotel. the rooms were in need of a renovation, and some of the furnishings looked old.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to facilitate my airport transfer and equipment hire. The location is great, with easy transport options to alternative dinner options and other suburbs. The hotel facilities were fantastic, especially the onsen which was the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing. The breakfast was also excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.
Can't fault the property in any way.
